针药结合治疗更年期综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome with Acupuncture and Medicine

目的:观察温通针法针刺四关穴配合甘麦大枣汤对更年期综合征的治疗作用。方法:更年期综合征患者160例按就诊先后顺序按数字随机表随机分为针药组(80例)和对照组(80例),针药组取合谷、关冲穴,手法采用温通针法针;中药口服甘麦大枣汤。对照组采用甘麦大枣汤口服;治疗前后采用临床疗效、改良Kupperman积分和心理状态测定对烦躁及其他症状的程度及治疗结果等进行比较。结果:疗效:针药组92.5%、对照组87.5%,两种方法治疗更年期综合征在临床疗效方面有明显差异性(P<0.05),但在改良Kupperman积分和心理状态测定方面治疗前后,比较有明显差异性(P<0.05),两组间比较有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:两种疗法方法对更年期综合征都有治疗作用,但温通针法针刺四关穴结合口服甘麦大枣汤疗效优于单纯口服甘麦大枣汤(P<0.05)。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Four Guan Points and Ganmai Dazao Decoctionin the treatment of the climacteric syndrome. Method：160 cases with menopausal syndrome according to the visiting se-quence were randomly divided into control group （80 cases） and the treatment group （80 cases）. Acupuncture at FourGuan Points combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction was used in the treatment group and the control group was treated byGanmai Dazao Decoction. It was compared that the evaluation of the results by use of modified Kupperman, symptoms ofTCM, determination of mental state before and after treatment. Result ： Both treatments had a significant difference in themenopausal syndrome before and after treatment P 〈 0.05 ）. Between the two groups there was significant difference inthe clinical curative effect （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And between the two groups.there was significant difference in the Kupper - manintegral and the mental state determination （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Two kinds of treatment methods have treatment roleon the menopausal syndrome but acupuncture at Four Guan Points combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction is better thanGanmai Dazao Decoction alone （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
