清透法在清代温病医案湿热证用药规律的研究

The Research on Using Herbs Regularity about Qingtou Law in the Hot and Humid Syndrome Medical Records of Febrile Disease in Qing Dynasty

运用频数分析方法,探析清透法在清代温病医案中湿热类证候的用药特点及规律。结果显示:清代医家治疗湿热卫气分证常用的透邪药物以芳香化湿类药物为主;辛温不峻烈的药物在湿热卫分证中可与芳香类药物相配伍,助阳化湿透邪;辛凉质轻味薄之品在湿热证卫气营血全过程始终配伍,透达热邪。治疗湿热证始终注重脏腑功能和三焦气机,祛湿是主要目标,湿去气畅则热易外透。

This topic using frequency analysis methods,probes and analyzes qingtou law medication characteristics and rules of hot and humid syndrome in the Qing Dynasty febrile disease medical case. The results show that：Doctors of Qing Dynasty always mainly use aromatic dampness herbs which can expel evil to treat hot and humid in the stage of wei or qi; herbs which is pungent in flavour and warm in property but not drastic can be compatible with aromatic herbs in hot and humid class ＂wei＂, helping yang, resolving dampness and removing the pathogens; herbs which pungent or thin in flavour, cool in property and light in quality are always compatible with other herbs in hot and humid Wei Qi Ying Xue wholeprocess,penetrating heat evil. Hot and humid treatment always attachs importance to viscera function and Sanjiao activities of qi,dampness is the main target,when dampness is eliminated and qi is unobstructed,heat easily penetrates out.
