肠益方对湿热蕴结型大肠癌术后患者脉象参数与细胞免疫的影响及相关性分析

Analysis of Influence of Pulse Parameters and Cellular Immunity and Correlation with Changyi Formula in Damp-heat Type Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:对100例湿热蕴结型大肠癌术后患者治疗前后的脉象参数与细胞免疫指标进行分析,探讨湿热蕴结型大肠癌术后患者的脉象变化与细胞免疫能之间的相关性。方法:采用ZBOX-I型舌脉象仪采集100例患者治疗前后的脉象参数,并由计算机软件对脉象参数进行自动分析;同时记录患者治疗前后血液细胞免疫指标;观察治疗前后患者脉象参数及细胞免疫指标的变化,并用统计学软件分析脉象参数与细胞免疫功能之间的相关性。结果:(1)患者左手脉象参数:治疗湿热兼虚组中h1,h3较治疗前升高(P<0.05);对照组中As较治疗前升高(P<0.05);右手脉象参数:治疗湿热夹瘀组中h3,h4较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗湿热兼虚组中h1,h3,h4,As较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。(2)治疗湿热夹瘀组CD+3,CD+4,CD+8,CD+4/CD+8指标治疗后较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗湿热兼虚组CD+8指标治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组CD+3指标治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。(3)患者左手脉象研究结果示:As值与CD+3值的相关系数最大为-0.254,且呈负相关;h1,h3,h4,As值与CD+3值呈负相关;h1,h3,h4,As值与NK值呈正相关。右手脉象研究结果示:h3值与CD+4/CD+8值的相关系数最大为0.261,且呈正相关;h1,h3,h4,as值与CD+4/CD+8值呈正相关;t5,w值与CD+4值呈正相关。结论:(1)肠益方对湿热蕴结型大肠癌术后患者左手脉象"Lh4"和右手脉象"Rh4"、"Rh5"、"Ras"等部分指标治疗前后具有一定的变化趋势。(2)肠益方能改善湿热蕴结型大肠癌患者的免疫功能。(3)湿热蕴结型大肠癌术后患者脉象的h1,h3,h4,As,t5,w值与细胞免疫功能具有一定的相关性,提示脉象参数的变化与机体免疫功能密切相关。

Objective ： Through clinical research and observation of Changyi Formula to treatment of damp - heat typepatients with colorectal cancer,we observed the indicators,including the pulse parameters and cellular immunities changesand analyzed the characteristics of pulse parameters and cellular immunity and correlation. Methods：This test collected100 patients. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and were given treatment of ChangyiFormula or Pingxiao Capsule for three months. We collected the pulse parameters with ZBOX -I tongue image digital a-nalysis instrument and also collected the cellular immunity before and after the treatment. We observed the indicators in-clude pulse parameters and cellular immunities changes and correlation. Results ： 1. The left pulse parameters ： damp - heatand deficiency groupg H1 and H3 increased compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The control groupg As in-creased compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The right pulse parameters ： damp - heat with blood stasisgroupg H3 and Hg increased compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. The damp - heat and deficiency groupgH1, H3, H4 and As increased compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. 2. The damp - heat with blood stasisgroupg CD3＋ , CD~, CDs , CD4＋/CD8＋ increased compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The damp - heat anddeficiency groupg CDs＋ increased compared with those before treatment （P 〈 O. 05）. The control group＇s CD3＋ increasedcompared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. 3. Results in patients with left hand pulse study ： The correlation coef-ficient of As and CD3＋ was to -0. 254 and was negatively correlated. H1, H3, H4 and As were negatively correlated withCD3＋ . H1, H3, Hg and As was positively correlated with NK. Results in patients with right hand pulse study ：The correla-tion coefficient of H3 and CD4＋/CDs was to 0. 261 and was positively correlated. H1, H3,1t4 and As were negatively cor-related with CD4＋/CDs＋. The t5 and w were positively correlated with CD4＋. Conclusion ： l, Changyi Formula can changethe pulse parameters Lh4 in left hand and Rh4, Rh5 and Ras in right hand in damp - heat type of colorectal cancer pa-tients after operation. 2. Changyi Formula can improve the cell immune function in damp -heat type patients with color-ectal cancer. 3. The pulse parameters HI, H3, H4 ,As,T5 and W are related with cell immune function, suggesting thatthe changes of the pulse parameters are closely related to immune function.
