熏洗疗法在中医外科疾病应用研究进展

Progress of Fumigation Treatment Applied in Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgical Disease

熏洗疗法是治疗中医外科疾病的重要治疗方法之一,近年来该方法在临床的应用日渐广泛,就该方法在肛门直肠疾病、周围血管疾病、男科疾病、皮肤病以及外科其他疾病的应用研究作一概述,认为今后在熏洗疗法的研究上应注重多中心、大样本的临床研究及作用机理探讨,并加强局部辨证的应用,从而使其得到进一步使用和推广。

Fumigation treatment is one of the important treatment methods in TCM surgical diseases. In recent years,the clinical application of fumigation treatment has increased greatly. This review describes the application of fumigationtreatment from the following five aspects ： Anorectal disease, peripheral vascular disease, andriatrics disease, dermatologydisease and other surgical diseases. From now on, we should pay more attention to multi - center and larger sample studyand research of mechanism.
