自拟消斑愈白汤治疗白癜风临床疗效观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Vitiligo Spot Decoction for Dissipating

目的:观察自拟消斑愈白汤治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:将所有就诊于医院皮肤科的白癜风患者共80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各40例。所有患者均接受一般治疗,包括接受紫外线治疗仪照射,以及外用复方补骨脂酊剂。对照组予甲氧沙林片口服,治疗组加用自拟中药消斑愈白汤,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后临床疗效比较,治疗组的显效率为90.0%,总有效率为97.5%,对照组分别为62.5%和85.0%,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组进展期患者及稳定期患者的显效率分别为75.0%,92.8%,对照组进展期患者及稳定期患者的显效率分别为50.0%,69.2%,分别比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在两组治疗前后皮损色素积分比较中,治疗组治疗后的积分明显高于对照组治疗后的积分,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在两组治疗前后中医平均症候评分比较中,治疗组治疗后的积分明显低于对照组治疗后的积分,两组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:口服自拟中药消斑愈白汤治疗白癜风可以明显提高治疗的临床疗效,同时还可以有效地增加病变皮肤中黑色素含量,并能改善中医临床症状。在治疗期间,治疗组的病人均未出现较明显不良反应,疗效明显优于对照组,值得临床推广使用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of decoction for dissipating spot is the treatment of vitiligo. Methods：All patients in the Department of dermatology in our hospital vitiligo patients in 80 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,40 patients in each group. All patients were treated with general treat- ment,including ultraviolet irradiation treatment,and topical compound Buguzhi tincture. The control group was given Methoxsalen Tablets orally,Treatment group was treated with Xiaoban Yushen Decoction of Chinese medicine. Two groups were treated for 3 months after the end of treatment, curative effect observation. Results ： To compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group markedly effective rate of 90% , the total effective rate was 97.5%, the control group were 62.5% and 85% , compared to the two groups,there was statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05 ）. Markedly effective treatment in patients with advanced stage and stable stage group were respectively 75% , 92.8% ,the control group of patients with advanced stage patients with significant efficiency and stable stage were 50% , 69.2% ,respectively, there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. In comparison to the pigment of the skin lesions inte- gral in two groups before and after treatment, treatment of integral group after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment of two points,compared with the group,there was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the comparison of TCM syndrome scoring average of two groups before and after treatment in treatment group, the integral after treatment was significantly lower than the control integral group after treatment, compared two groups, statistically significant erenee （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Cochtson ：Oral Chinese medicine Xiaoban Yushen Decoction for the treatment of vitiligo can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of treatment, but also can effectively increase the content of melanin in the skin lesions, and can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. During the treatment, the treatment group patients all did not appear obvious adverse reactions, curative effect is obviously superior to the control group, worthy of clinical use.
