摘要
介绍了70吨级铁矿石漏斗车车体钢结构特点,采用ANSYS软件完成了该车车体钢结构有限元静强度和刚度分析。分析结果表明,该车车体钢结构的静强度和刚度能够满足TB/T 1335—96铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范的规定要求。
This paper introduces the 70 tons of iron ore hopper car body steel leakage structure features, it analyzes the car body steel structure finite element static strength and stiffness by using ANSYS software. The results show that the static strength of steel structure of the car body stiffness and regulations to meet the TB/T1335 - 96“railway vehicle strength de-sign and test evaluation norms”requirement.
