摘要
研制了用于富集NO2的固体吸收管和氧化NO的专用氧化管,利用动态法配制的痕量NOx为模拟评价气体,离子色谱(IC)为评价手段,在考察各项定量参数以及共存组分干扰的基础上建立了固体吸收管富集-IC法检测的成套分析方法,可用于炼油厂烯烃资源气中NO和NO2含量的检测。当采样量为25L时,NO和NO2的最低检出限分别为3nL/L和2nL/L。采用该方法测定中国石化北京燕山分公司干气提浓乙烯装置和高温蒸汽裂解装置中NOx的分布情况,方法适用性良好。
The method for NOx analysis in the recyclable olefin refinery gas was established. The solid absorption tube for pre-concentrating NO2 from gas sample and the special tube for NO oxidation to NO2 were prepared. The simulating gas containing trace NOx was prepared by the dynamic distribution equipment and used as an evaluation gas. Based on the quantitative parameters of the method and the in-terference of coexisting component determined by use of ion chromatography(IC)technique,a complete analytical method for NOx ,consisting of pre-concentration solid absorption tube on-line and ion chroma-tography detection,was developed. The limits of determination for NO2 and NO of gas sample are 2 nL?L and 3 nL?L,respectively,when the sample gas is 25 L. The analytical method of NOx can be well ap-plied to determine the contents of NO2 and NO in the gas samples from dry gas concentration of ethylene unit and steam cracking unit of the Beijing Yanshan company.
