摘要
目的评价护士主导的电话随访对术后辅助内分泌治疗乳腺癌患者服药依从性和生活质量的影响。方法采用随机对照试验设计。患者被分为干预组51例和对照组44例。两组均发放《乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗服药指导手册》和带闹铃的药盒。两组均采取常规护理措施,参加医院组织的每月1次的疾病相关知识讲座,自愿通过医院提供的网络平台学习和交流疾病治疗相关知识,对干预组的患者实施护士主导的电话随访。分别评价两组患者在干预3个月和6个月时的服药依从率和生活质量。结果干预组在干预3个月、6个月时的服药依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量中内分泌症状维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士主导的电话随访可以提高术后辅助内分泌治疗乳腺癌患者的短期服药依从率,改善内分泌相关症状。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nurse-led individualized telephone follow-up on medication adherence and quality of life of breast cancer patients receiving adjuvant hormonal therapy. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,51 in the intervention group and 44 in the control group. All the patients got the special guide for them and alarm box,routine nursing care, got related knowledge by lectures in the hospital and network platform. In addition,the patients in the intervention group receiving nurse-led individualized follow-up. The patients＇ medication adherence and quality of life were eval- uated after 3 months and 6 months. Results After 6-month nurse-led individualized telephone follow-up,the medi cation possession ration and scores of endocrine symptom subscale of patients in the intervention group were signifi- cantly higher than that of patients in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nurse-led individualized follow-up could significantly enhance the rate of medication adherence and endocrine symptom during the first six month of hormonal therapy for breast cancer patients.
