Nursing care of a patient with postpartum hemolytic uremic syndrome complicated by multiple organ failure

摘要 总结了1例产后溶血尿毒症综合征并发多器官功能衰竭患者的抢救及护理方法。护理要点是严密监测病情,做好呼吸机辅助呼吸、血浆置换(PE)和连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的护理,特别是重视并发症的预防与处理是患者治疗成功的关键。患者病情得到控制,入院15d病情好转,安全度过危险期,取得了良好的救治效果。
