Emergency response to Ebolavirus disease: action in China

2014年3月份以来,西非爆发的埃博拉病毒病成为当前全球最大的公共卫生事件,世界各国积极行动,纷纷伸出援助之手,从物资、人员、技术和措施等多层面提供援助。中国政府高度重视埃博拉疫情的防控工作,在做好国内疫情防范和应对准备工作的同时,积极开展援非抗疫工作,但目前在许多方面仍存在薄弱环节,亟待改进和完善。只要西非埃博拉病毒病疫情没有得到良好控制,就存在传入我国的风险,因此防控形势依然严峻。

Since Mar.2014,the outbreak of Ebolavirus disease in West Africa has become the world＇s largest public health issue.Many countries provide their supports to help fighting against the disease,including the supplication of ma-terials,technical personals,prevention technology and measures,and so on.The Chinese government pays much atten-tion to the Ebola epidemic prevention and control,including carefully organizing Ebola prevention in China and actively providing aid to West Africa countries at the same time.However,there are still many weaknesses in urgent need of improvement and perfection.As long as Ebolavirus disease in West Africa is not well controlled,the risk of importing Ebola into China will exist all the time.Thus,the prevention and control situation is still serious in China.
