膀胱无功能性副节瘤1例并文献复习

摘要 膀胱副节瘤是原发于膀胱的嗜铬细胞瘤，起源于膀胱逼尿肌的交感神经丛，占膀胱肿瘤的0．05％，好发于青壮年女性，平均发病年龄40岁［1］。该肿瘤在病理上难以判断良性与恶性，疾病进展及预后并不十分清楚，目前临床上缺乏系统的病例研究。本院于2014年6月收治1例高龄女性患者，现结合此病例复习文献，对相关特点进行分析总结。
