摘要
伴随着互联网的普及与发展,与之联系紧密的电子商务行业也得到了快速的发展。目前,电子商务市场已经成为最具潜力、发展速度最快的市场之一。从2013年"双11"节电商行业所取得的巨大成绩入手,首先,分析电商行业取得成功的各种因素,比较电商和实体店各自的优劣势;其次,在新形势下,面对电子商务的冲击,传统实体店行业在购物服务方面更需要巩固、提升和创新;最后,探讨销售行业未来的发展趋势。
With the popularization and development of Internet ,e‐commerce industry has been risen rapid‐ly .At present ,e‐commerce market has become one of the most potential and the fastest growing market . Based on the great achievements of e‐commerce industry on November 11th ,2013 ,the article analyzes the various factors w hich promote online store to success firstly ,compares the advantages of online store and traditional retail secondly ,thirdly ,discusses the traditional retail need to consolidate ,improve and innovate the competitive advantage in the shopping services facing the impact of e‐commerce under new situation ,fi‐nally explore the future development trend of sale industry .
