聚桂醇瘤内注射硬化治疗肝血管瘤的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of lauromacrogol percutaneous intratumor injection for the treatment of liver hemangioma

目的探讨超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺聚桂醇瘤内注射硬化治疗肝血管瘤的安全性及有效性。方法将56例肝血管瘤患者,随机分为对照组29例(34个瘤灶),行平阳霉素瘤内注射硬化治疗;研究组27例(33个瘤灶),行聚桂醇瘤内注射硬化治疗。观察治疗前和治疗后3、6个月时患者临床症状、瘤体大小变化及不良反应。结果对56例患者均顺利实施硬化治疗,手术成功率100%。对照组与研究组患者治疗前及治疗后3、6个月血管瘤平均最大直径的差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗3、6个月的有效率分别为58.82%、70.59%和54.54%、66.67%,差异均无统计学意义。两组患者治疗中及治疗后均未发生严重并发症。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺瘤内注射聚桂醇硬化治疗肝血管瘤安全有效。

Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of ultrasound guided percutaneous puncturing and injection of sclerosing agent lauromacrogol in treating liver hemangioma.Methods A total of 56 patients with liver hemangioma were divided into control group（n=29,with 34hemangiomas）and study group（n=27,with 33hemangiomas）randomly.Intratumoral injection of lauromacrogol was carried out in patients of the study group,while pingyangmycin sclerotherapy was receiveded in patients of the control group.The changes of clinic symptoms,tumor volumes,side effects and complications were observed both before and 3,6months after treatment.Results Successful treatment was obtained in all patients with the success rate of 100%.There were no significant differences in the maximum mean tumor diameters between the two group before and 3,6 months after treatment（all P〉0.05）.The effective rate of control group and study group 3,6months after treatment were 58.82%,70.59% and 54.54%,66.67%,respectively.There were no significant difference in the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups.There were no severe side effects or complications occurred during and after the therapy.Conclusion The treatment of liver hemangioma through ultrasound guided percutaneous puncturing and intertumor injection of sclerosing agent lauromacrogol is safe and effective.
