心理干预对实施辅助生殖技术不孕症患者的临床价值分析

Clinical value analysis of psychological intervention in assisted reproduction technique for infertility patients

目的研究心理干预对实施辅助生殖技术不孕症患者的临床价值。方法 80例实施辅助生殖技术的不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗与护理方案,观察组则在治疗期间接受心理护理干预,评估两组焦虑自评量表(SAS评分)并统计妊娠率。结果观察组妊娠成功率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实施辅助生殖技术不孕症患者的临床护理中开展心理护理干预有利于缓解其焦虑情绪,对于临床妊娠率的提升也有积极意义,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of psychological intervention in assisted reproduction technique for infertility patients. Methods A total of 80 infertility patients receiving assisted reproduction technique were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and nursing scheme, while the observation group received psychological nursing intervention during treatment. Self rating anxiety scale （SAS） were assessed in the two groups, and their gestation rates were counted. Results The gestation success rate in the observation group was 97.5%, which was obviously higher than 72.5%of the control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower SAS scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention during clinical nursing in assisted reproduction technique for infertility patients can effectively relieve their anxiety, and it also has positive significance for improving clinical gestation rate. This method is worthy of promotion and application.
