摘要
阐述了磁性医院的内涵,介绍磁性医院认证体系模型(即转换型领导,组织结构授权,示范性的护理专业实践,新知识、创新和改进,实证结果)及磁性医院申请资格、认证程序。提出需借鉴磁性医院认证体系的模型,建立适合我国国情的健康护理工作环境认证体系,变革管理模式,合理配置护理人力资源,倡导专业自主与多学科合作,强化激励机制,加强人才建设,以构建健康的护理工作环境,提升护士工作满意度,提高护理服务质量,改善患者临床效果。
To elaborate the connotation of the magnet hospital, introduce the magnet hospital certification system model (i. e. transformational leadership, structure empowerment, exemplary professional practice, new knowledge, innovations and improvements as well as empirical outcomes), together with the procedure of its application and certification. It was pointed out that we should learn from the certification system of the magnet hospital model to establish our own healthy work environment certification system suited to China's conditions by changing management model, allocating nursing human resources reasonably, promoting the professional autonomy and multidisciplinary cooperation, as well as strengthening incentive mechanism to promote talents cultivation. The aim was to build a healthy nursing work environment, so as to improve the satisfaction of nurses, the quality of nursing Service, as well as clinical effects for patients.
