摘要
通过介绍现阶段智能变电站虚端子设计中遇到的问题,分析目前其存在的原因,并提出新的虚端子设计方法:以一次系统接线及二次装置ICD文件为初始设计信息,通过可视化的配置工具完成二次系统的配置、虚端子的连接及装置间的逻辑接线,自动生成GOOSE、SV信息配置表,最终形成全站SCD文件CID文件。该方法既有利于虚端子设计的规范化和标准化,也有利于智能变电站的调试、扩建工作。
Introduce the problem encountered in the design process about Virtual terminal in the Smart Substation. It studies and proposes a new design methods of virtual terminal:the primary system wiring and ICD files of secondary de- vices are used as initial design information. Complete the configuration of the secondary system,connect virtual terminal and link logic link between different devices. The GOOSE,SV information configuration tables are generated automatical- ly, and at the same time, SCD files and CID files are generated too. The proposed method is good for standardized and normalized of design virtual terminal as well as for adjustment anb extension in smart substations.
