家族涉入、权力结构与企业转型行为——基于社会建构视角的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 上市家族企业内部所涉入的家族结构、权力结构与转型行为之间存在互动关系:在转型社会背景下,中国上市家族企业的家族结构和权力结构存在多种类型,而涉入企业的家族结构对家族企业的权力结构产生了决定性影响,家族企业的权力结构通过企业转型行为中的制度竞争反过来又对涉入企业的家族结构产生影响;上述影响在市场发育程度不同的地区所发挥的功效也不同。可以说,涉入企业的家族结构是家族企业权力结构的社会前因,同时又受家族企业权力结构的影响,家族结构和权力结构形成了一个动态的社会建构过程。
