摘要 以木衣架整体式加工中心的凸轮机构为研究对象,同时考虑凸轮机构的压力角和轮廓线的最小曲率半径等几何约束条件,以凸轮的尺寸和接触应力为优化目标,建立双目标优化数学模型.再用Matlab优化工具箱进行优化求解.通过优化设计,凸轮机构的体积减小了7.83%,接触应力减小9.88%.使整体结构更加紧凑,提高了凸轮机构的使用寿命. This paper takes the cam mechanism of wood hangers monolithic machining center as the study subject. Considering geometry constraint conditions about the pressure angle and the minimum radius of curvature of contour line of the cam mechanism, taking the size and the contact stress of the cam as the optimization goals, the optimized mathematic model for double was built. Then optimization solution was done with the Matlab optimization toolbox. The cam mechanism volume is reduced by 7.83% and the contact stress is reduced by 9.88% through the optimal design. It makes the structure more compact and increases service life about the cam mechanism.
