教学改革的“人和问”

为什么我们的教育、大学培养不出杰出人才?根本原因在于体制。作为个体的教育工作者,想必不应去等待体制的变革,而应从自己脚下开始去改革我们的教学。在我们的课堂里关键词是"人和问"。学生问着,问着的学生。大学的课堂里,尤其应当如此,否则,怎么能称得上大学?怎么能做大学问?能引导学生常问、多问的老师是好老师,能引导学生爱问、会问的老师是更好的老师,能引导学生把自己问倒而挂在黑板上的老师是最好的老师。聪明的人常问,智慧的人善问,天才的人能够石破天惊,一问惊天下。

Why cannot our education and universities produce outstanding talents?The underlying reason lies in the system.The individual educator should not wait for the change of the system.Instead,we should reform our teaching.In our classroom,the key words are'students and questions'namely the students who are asking questions and the questions which students are asking.This is especially the case with college classrooms.Otherwise,how can the school be called a college or university?How can the teacher and his students achieve great scholarship?He is a good teacher who can make his students ask questions constantly.He is a better teacher who can make his students fond of and good at asking questions.He is the best teacher who can help his students ask the questions which he cannot answer himself.A clear man asks questions constantly;a wise man is good at asking questions;agenius asks questions which surprise the whole world.
