摘要
对问卷数据的分析结果表明,导师压力、同学压力、政策激励和政策公平对研究生科研能力提升紧迫感具有显著的正向影响;研究生科研能力提升紧迫感对其科研能力提升意愿具有显著的正向影响;研究生科研能力提升意愿对其科研能力提升行为具有显著的正向影响;研究生科研能力提升行为对其科研能力提升效果具有显著的正向影响。研究结果提示,为提升研究生的科研能力,可以从培养政策设计、导师规范改进、学术氛围营造等方面入手。
Analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey shows that pressure from the supervisor and classmates,the policy of incentives and its fairness all had significant positive influence on the postgraduates' eagerness to improve their research ability,which in turn had significant positive influence on their intention to raise their research ability;that their intention to raise research ability had significant positive influence on their research-ability-improving behavior,which had significant positive influence on the improvement of their research ability.The results above indicate that,in order to improve postgraduates' research ability,we should design the cultivation policy,improve the norms for supervisors and create academic atmosphere.
