中药敷脐促进剖宫产术后肛门排气60例的临床观察

目的观察中药丁香、肉桂外敷肚脐促进剖宫产术后肛门排气的疗效.方法：将60例剖宫产手术患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组只给予常规治疗与护理,治疗组在此基础上给予中药脐部贴敷,分别观察术后首次肛门排气与排便时间.结果：治疗组恢复肛门排气、排便时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论： 中药敷脐对剖宫产患者术后肠蠕动恢复、肛门提早排气、排便效果明显,且操作简便,无副作用.
