不同插管深度下中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的临床研究

目的本文就不同插管深度下中药保留灌肠治疗应用于盆腔炎（pelvic inflammatory disease,PID）临床治疗中的效果进行了浅显的研究和探讨.方法：选择我院自2013 年7 月至2014 年7 月期间收治的盆腔炎患者76 例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均38 例,观察组予以肛管插入深度20-25cm 中药保留灌肠治疗,对照组予以肛管插入深度15-20cm 中药保留灌肠治疗,对两组患者的灌肠药物保留时间,治疗效果进行观察和统计.结果：观察组患者灌肠药物保留时间明显长于对照组患者（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;结论：适当增加灌肠管插入深度保留灌肠治疗应用于盆腔炎临床治疗中的效果显著,有效改善了患者的临床症状,值得推广.

Objective in this paper, different depth of cannula by Retention Enema of Chinese herbs used in pelvic inflammatory disease （pelvic inflammatory disease, PID） inthe clinical treatment effect and discussed the simple research. Methods： in our hospital from 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease during the period from 2013 July to 2014July were treated patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two patients were 38 cases, the observation group to anal insertion depth of 20-25cmretention enema with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group was given the insertion depth of the anal canal 15-20cm retention enema with traditional Chinesemedicine treatment, the patients in the two group enema retention of drug, observation and statistical treatment .Results： Patients with enema retention time was significantly longerthan the patients in the control group （P〈0.05）; the patients in observation group total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;conclusion： the right to increase the enema tube insertion depth of retention enema in the treatment of clinical practice in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease in theremarkable effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, worthy of promotion.
