摘要
目的探讨老年患者胆肠吻合术围手术期的护理要点.方法：对32 例行胆肠吻合术的老年患者进行术前术后护理,并对护理要点进行总结.结果：32 例患者顺利出院.结论：老年人体质较差,并发症多,围手术期的系统护理干预是恢复的重要保障.
ObjectiveTo explore the elderly patients with gallbladder intestinal anastomosis of perioperative nursing points. Methods：For 32 elderly patients with biliaryintestinal anastomosis routine preoperative nursing, postoperative and to summarize nursing key points.Results：32 patients were discharged smoothly. Conclusion：The oldconstitution is poorer, more complications, perioperative nursing intervention is to restore the system.
