健康教育对病情稳定SLE女性患者骨密度的影响

The role of health education for bone mineral density of female patients with systemiclupus erythematosus in stable.

目的观察健康教育指导病情稳定系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）女性患者补充钙剂和维生素D 和改变生活方式对其骨密度（BMD）的影响.方法：回顾性方法在健康教育指导过程中对89 例病情稳定SLE 女性患者是否按照护理依从性常规服用钙补充剂和维生素D,分为护理依从性优秀组和不良组,比较其骨质疏松发生率.结果：与优秀组相比,不良组的BMD 显著降低（p=0.0001）,骨质疏松发生率显著增加（p〈0.0001）.结论：加强对病情稳定SLE 女性患者健康教育指导用药和改变生活方式,能够预防和降低骨质疏松的发生率.

Objective To observe the role of health education of calcium supplements and Vitamin D for bone mineral density （BMD） of patients with female systemic lupuserythematosus （SLE） in stable condition who accepted calcium supplements and Vitamin D and changed their lifestyle. Methods In according to nursing compliance in-taking calciumsupplements and Vitamin D or not, 89 female SLE patients in a stable were divided into good and bad care compliance group（GCCG and BCCG）.We analyzed retrospectively the valueof BMD of 89 female SLE patients and compared their incidence of osteoporosis. Results Compared to GCCG, the value of BMD of BCCG was lower significantly（p=0.0001） andincidence of osteoporosis of them was higher significantly（p〈0.0001）. Conclusions By health education to change their lifestyle and calcium supplements and Vitamin D intaken canprevent and reduce the risk of osteoporosis of female SLE patients in stable in-taking low dose glucocorticoids for long term.
