术后高压氧加放疗治疗脑瘤患者的临床疗效观察

目的探究术后采用高压氧联合放疗对脑瘤患者进行治疗的临床疗效.方法：选取本院2011 年1 月至2014 年2 月行脑瘤手术后的患者74 例,经患者同意后采用平均分配方法将两组分成参照组与治疗组各37 例,参照组实施常规治疗,治疗组实施高压氧联合放疗治疗,对比两组治疗疗效与不良反应状况.结果：治疗组的局控率与中位肿瘤的进展时间高于参照组（P〈0.05）,观察两组患者在3 年内的生存率,治疗组高于参照组（P〈0.05）,不良反应状况治疗组比参照组少（P〈0.05）.结论：对于脑瘤手术后的患者实施高压氧联合放疗治疗疗效确切,能够提高治疗效果,减少不良反应,具有重要运用价值.

Conclusions： in patients with brain tumor after surgery the hyperbaric oxygen combined radiotherapy treatmentcurative effect, can improve the treatment effect, reduce adverse reactions, has important application value.
