目的分析阴道超声检查对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值.方法：选取2011 年1 月至2013 年2 月我院接诊的128 例病理确诊异位妊娠者,对患者进行阴道超声检查,观察子宫、双附件及盆腔的情况.结果：对疑似异位妊娠经阴道超声检查的 128 例中,经手术病理及临床保守治疗后确诊121 例,诊断符合率 94.5%.对128 例患者进行阴道超声检查可以清晰的显示子宫,同时可以对子宫腔内有无孕囊进行确定.结论：阴道超声检查对于早期的异位妊娠诊断准确率较高,并且操作简单,可重复性检查,在临床上值得推广和应用.

objective： to analysis the vagina, additional value to the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy. Selection methods： between January 2011 and February 2011, ourhospital accepts the pathological diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, 128 cases of the patients with vaginal excessive examination, observation of uterus, double accessories and pelviccavity. Results： the suspected ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound examination in 128 cases, by surgery pathology and clinical diagnosis of 121 cases after conservativetreatment, diagnosis coincidence rate 94.5%. In 128 cases of patients with vaginal super living checks can clearly display the uterus, at the same time can be determined subsidiaryintrauterine presence of pregnant bursa. Conclusion： vaginal super living check for early ectopic pregnancy diagnosis accuracy is higher, and the operation is simple, repeatableexamination, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
