目的研究GEM Premier 3000 血气分析仪和Au5800 全自动生化分析仪两台仪器不同方法、不同检测系统、同时检测动脉血中的血钾、血钠、血糖的差异及相关性.方法：收集新生儿科、儿科38 例病儿动脉血,血气用肝素抗凝,生化非抗凝,同时用两台仪器测定动脉血血钾、血钠、血糖,对检测结果作统计学分析,观测其差异性及相关性,并作进一步分析.结果：动脉血气分析得出的电解质钾、钠分别低于生化仪所测结果1.797、3.03.K＋、Na＋存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）,生化仪测定血糖值平均高于血气糖0.19,差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：GEM3000 所测得动脉血K＋、Na＋、Glu 与Au5800 生化仪所测血清K＋、Na＋、Glu 有差异,应引起临床重视,认识到GEM 血气分析仪与Au5800 生化仪两种检测系统同时检测动脉血所得结果的差异性,应建立各系统的参考范围,以免被误导.

ObjectiveTo study differences between GEM Premier 3000 Gas- Blood Analyzer and AU5800 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer in research approaches anddetection systems and assay the differences and correlations of serum potassium, blood sodium and blood sugar in arterial blood.Method：Collect arterial blood of 38 sick childrenfrom neonatal department and pediatrics to study arterial blood gas by Heparin anticoagulant blood and blood biochemistry by without anticoagulation . Next, test serum potassium,blood sodium and blood sugar in arterial blood using these two instruments at the same time. Then statistically analyze the results of the test and observe the differences andcorrelations to make further analysis.Results：The concentration data of electrolytes including potassium and sodium from an analysis of arterial blood gas were respectively below1.797、3.03 to those from the result of automatic biochemistry analyzer. The differences were striking （P〈0.01）. The average blood sugar level testing by the automatic biochemistryanalyzer was 0.19 higher than that testing by the blood gas analyzer, which was even more striking and may be statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There are differences inthe concentration of K＋、Na＋ and Glu between the results of GEM3000 Gas- Blood Analyzer and AU5800 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer and close attention should be paid to itin clinical practice. The differences of result testing by two detection systems of GEM3000 Gas- Blood Analyzer and AU5800 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer while testing arterialblood simultaneously should be recognized so as not to be misguided.
