慢性胃炎合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退32例分析

目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退对慢性胃炎的影响,慢性胃炎久治无效应考虑合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退.方法：对本院32 例慢性胃炎合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者进行回顾分析.结果：慢性胃炎久治无效者易合亚临床甲状腺功能减退,上述患者在常规治疗情况下给予左旋甲状腺素片后症状缓解明显. 结论 慢性胃炎患者常合亚临床甲状腺功能减退,亚临床甲状腺功能减退常常产生消化系统症状,应引起重视.
