摘要
目的 探讨单纯泪道置管治疗下泪小管阻塞的治疗及护理方法.方法：我们对2013 年5 月至2014 年5 月108 例泪小管阻塞患者采用泪道探通后作泪道逆行置管,术后一周行泪道冲洗,3 月后拔管,所采取的围手术期的护理体会.结果：术后随访6 个月,泪道冲洗通畅率为90.5%,手术总有效率为96.7%.结论：单纯泪道置管是治疗下泪小管阻塞的有效方法,围手术期需根据不同情况采取相应的护理措施.
ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment and nursing method of pure intubation in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods：We occlusion were treated byprobing of lacrimal passage afterretrograde lacrimal intubation for 2013 May to 2014 May 108 cases of lacrimal canaliculus, irrigation of lacrimal passage patency rate was 90.5%,total effective rate was 96.7% in operation.Conclusion：imple lacrimal duct is effective for the treatment of lacrimalcanalicular obstruction, peri operation period should adopt thecorresponding nursing measures according to different situations.
