目的了解和分析非内分泌科专科病房糖尿病护理工作中胰岛素泵的使用状况,找出存在问题,以采取有效措施改进糖尿病专科护理质量.方法：通过问卷形式了解非内分泌科专科护士对胰岛素泵使用状况,分析、归纳、统计存在的问题.结果：抽查19 个病区,大多数临床护士对胰岛素泵的使用存在误区,护士的专科操作不规范,尤其对胰岛素泵的操作方法及胰岛素的认识存在不足.结论：必须加强对非内分泌专科的护士进行胰岛素泵技能培训,提高其专科护理水平.

ObjectiveUnderstanding and analysis of endocrine specialized subject hospital diabetes care work in the use of insulin pump,find out problems,to take effectivemeasures to improve the quality of diabetes specialist nurses.Methods：Through the questionnaire form to understand the endocrinology specialist nurses to insulin pumpuse,analysis,induction,statistical problems.Results：19 selectiving examination ward, most of the clinical nurse＇s wrong use of insulin pump,a nurse specialized operation is notstandard,especially for the pump operation method and the known shortcomings of insulin.Conclusion：Must strengthen to insulin pump endocrine specialist nurse skillstraining,improve the level of the nurse.
