综合护理干预对肛裂术后便秘的影响

目的对综合护理干预对肛裂术后便秘的影响进行探讨.方法：选取我院在2013 年4 月份到2014 年4 月份收治的80 例肛裂患者为研究对象,随机分组,对照组和实验组各40 例.对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施综合护理干预.对两组患者术后便秘情况进行观察和比较.结果：实验组的3 天内首次排便、大便硬结、排便困难以及肛门堵塞感的发生率依次为10%（4/40）、15%（6/40）、7.5%（3/40）以及5%（2/40）;对照组则依次为25%（10/40）、35%（14/40）、25%（10/40）以及27.5%（11/40）,实验组的发生率明显比对照组少,差异明显,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：采用综合护理对肛裂患者进行干预,能够改善肛裂患者的术后情况,减少便秘的发生率,改善患者的预后,值得普及和应用.

objective： on the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative constipation anal fissure were discussed. Conclusion： the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with anal fissure, anal fissure can be greatly improvedpostoperative situation of patients, reduce the incidence of constipation, improve the prognosis of patients, is worth popularization and application.
