综合护理干预对预防鼻咽癌放射治疗后张口困难的效果评价

Effect evaluation of compositive nursing intervention on prevention of mouth-opening limitation after definitive radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨综合护理干预对预防鼻咽癌射治疗后张口困难的效果评价.方法：选取 2011 年6 月至2012 年6 月我科鼻咽癌进行根治性放疗的患者126 例,随机分成对照组和观察组各63 例,对照组实施普通的常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预. 比较 2 组张口困难发生情况.结果：观察组张口困难发生率显著低于对照组.结论：通过综合护理干预,可以有效的预防鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难的发生,效果显著,值得在临床上应用和推广.

ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of compositive nursing intervention on prevention of mouth-opening limitation after definitive radiotherapy of nasopharyngealcarcinoma. Meathods：126 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were selected from our hospital which treat with definitive radiotherapy, randomly divided into the control group andthe observation group with 63 cases in each group, the control group was given normal routine care, the observation group received compositive nursing. The incidence ofmouth-opening limitation was compared between the two groups. Results：The rate of mouth-opening limitation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in thecontrol group. Conclusions：Through compositive nursing intervention, we can effectively prevent mouth-opening limitation after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, so itdeserved promotion and application in clinic.
