舒适护理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中的应用效果探究

目的探讨舒适护理模式对小儿哮喘急诊护理中的应用效果.方法：将2011 年1 月-2013 年6 月间我院收治的120 例哮喘急性发作期的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60 例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组的治疗效果、住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度.结果：观察组治疗后显效41 例,有效16 例,无效3 例,总有效率为95.00%,对照组治疗后显效29 例,有效17 例,无效14 例,总有效率为76.67%,观察组与对照组相比,总体治疗有效率显著升高,差异有统计学意义,p〈0.05.观察组与对照组相比,总体治疗有效率明显上升,住院时间及住院费用明显降低,住院期间患者的满意度明显较高,P〈O.05）.结论：小儿哮喘治疗时的急诊护理采取舒适护理模式可以显著提高患儿的治疗效果,减少住院费用,缩短住院时间,可提高患儿生活质量,增加护理满意度.

ObjectiveTo Investigate the application of comfortable nursing mode of emergency nursing pediatric asthma effect. Methods： from January 2011 to June 2013, ourhospital between 120 cases of children with acute episode of asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 60 cases, control group usingconventional care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care to comfort care, compared two groups of treatment effect and nursing satisfaction, length of hospital stay,hospital expenses. Results： observation group 41 cases were markedly improved after treatment, 16 cases of effective and ineffective in 3, the total effective rate was 95.00%, thecontrol group after treatment, 29 cases had marked effect, 17 cases effective, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.67%, the observation group compared with controlgroup, a significant rise in overall treatment effectiveness, the difference was statistically significant, p 〈 0.05. Observation group compared with control group, the overall treatmentefficiency increased obviously, significantly lower length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization, hospital patients significantly higher satisfaction, P 〈 o. 05）. Conclusion：treatment of infantile asthma emergency care take the comfortable nursing mode can significantly improve the treatment effect of children, reduce hospitalization costs, shortenhospitalization time, can improve the quality of life, children improve nursing satisfaction.
