氧气雾化吸入对麻醉复苏期咽喉痛的防治作用

目的探讨氧气雾化吸入对麻醉复苏期患者咽喉痛的防治作用.方法：4277 例患者麻醉复苏期拔除气管导管后5min 内常规给予5mg 地塞米松加生理盐水10ml 氧气雾化吸入.并向患者详细讲解雾化吸入的目的、方法及注意事项,以取得患者的配合.结果：4277 例患者均配合治疗,由专业复苏室护士观察患者口腔情况,所有患者均未发生声音嘶哑及咽喉部不适.结论： 氧气雾化吸入具有操作简单、药物直达病灶、安全性好、毒副作用小的优点,值得临床推广.

objective Discussing the preventive effect of the oxygen atomization inhalation for patients with sore throat in anesthesia recovery.Methods： 4277 Patients inanesthesia recovery period after the removal of intubation were conventional given oxygen atomization inhalation with 5mg dexamethasone and 10ml saline in 5min. And Explained topatients with the purpose, methods and considerations of the atomization inhalation, in order to obtain the patient＇s cooperation.Results： 4277 patients cooperated with treatment, byprofessional recovery room nurse observation in patients with oral cavity. And 4277 patients were hoarse and throat discomfort.Conclusion ： For Oxygen atomizing inhalation has theadvantages of simple operation, drugs directly to the lesion, good safety and small side effects,it is worth clinical promotion..
