辨证外用生肌中药治疗皮肤溃疡的临床研究

Observations on the efficacy of differentiation external treatment of TCM for skin ulcer

目的探讨辨证外用中药治疗皮肤溃疡的临床研究.方法：将150例皮肤溃疡患者随机分为治疗组（120例）合对照组（30例）其中治疗组将治疗组辨证分为气血亏虚组、气血瘀阻组和脾肾阳虚组,对照组用常规换药法,治疗组在对照组的基础上辨证外用益气生肌散、 活血生肌散和温阳生肌散.15天为1个疗程,分别在治疗前、治疗1、2、3个疗程后将溃疡面情况进行积分评估并进行对比.结果：治疗组（120例）和对照组比较各疗程x12=6.54≥3.84,P≤0.05;x22=16.11≥6.63,P〈0.01;x32=23.38≥6.63,P〈0.01.治疗组各组与对照组比较均有统计学差异,治疗组三组间无统计学意义.结论： 辨证外用中药治疗皮肤溃疡较常规治疗方法有利于溃疡的痊愈.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of differentiation external treatment of TCM for skin ulcer. Methods：150 patients of skin ulcer were randomlyallocated to treatment group （120 cases） and control group （30 cases）, and the treatment group were divided into blood deficiency group, qi stagnation and spleen kidney yangdeficiency group. The control group with routine dressing method, the treatment group in the control group based on differentiation externalYIqi Shengji powder, Huoxue Shengji Sanand Wen Yang Shengji powder.15 days are 1 treatment, respectively, The ulcer surface of integral evaluation and comparison before treatment and after 1, 2, 3 treatments. Results：There were significant differences in the treatment group （120 cases） and control group comparison of each course （ x12=6.54≥3.84, P≤0.05; x22=16.11 = 6.63, P〈0.01; x32=23.38 = 6.63,P〈 0.01.）,But three groups,of the treatment group had no statistical significance. Conclusion：external treatment of TCM for treating skin ulcer is an effective way for ulcer healing.
