中西医结合治疗外伤性闭合性前房出血96例

目的观察中西医结合治疗外伤性闭合性前房出血的临床疗效.方法：162 例外伤性闭合性前房出血患者分两组进行对照治疗,对照组用西医治疗,治疗组西医治疗并活血化瘀药物治疗.结果：治疗组治愈率87.50%,对照组为68.18%,两组比较有显著性差异,P〈0.01.活血化瘀药物可加快前房出血的消散.结论：中西医结合治疗外伤性闭合性前房出血疗效确切.

Aims /Purpose/ObjectObjective to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of closed traumatic hyphema and the clinical curativeeffect.Methods： The 162 patients with closed traumatic hyphema were divided into two groups,the control was only treat with western medicine, the treatment group was treat withwestern medicine and blood circulation drug.Results：The treatment group of cure rate was 87.50%, the control group was 68.18%,there was a significant difference in the two groups（P〈0.01）. Promoting blood circulation drug has faster visual recovery function.Conclusions： In the therapy, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment may be anbetter effective method to cure closed traumatic hyphema.
