健脾和胃煎剂配合西医防治烧伤患者胃肠动力障碍

Jianpihewei Apozem with Western Medicine Treated the Severe Burns Complicated with Abdominal Distension

目的比较健脾和胃煎剂配合西医防治与单纯西医防治烧伤患者胃肠道动力障碍的临床效果.方法：选择48 例烧伤后胃肠道功能障碍的患者,按随机对照开放的原则分为治疗组和对照组,各24 例.两组患者在积极处理创面的同时均给予静脉营养支持、抗感染、纠正电解质和酸碱平衡,治疗组口服或鼻饲健脾和胃煎剂,每日1 剂,2 次/d,150ml/次;对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙比利片（商品名：快力）,5mg/次,3 次/d.5d 为1 个疗程.结果：治疗组在疗后3d、7d 腹胀消失明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,在疗后5d、7d 患者食欲、大便、精神恢复情况均优于对照组（P〈0.05）.治疗组显效9 例,有效14 例,无效1 例,总有效率为95.83%;对照组分别为3 例、15 例、6 例及75.00%,两组治疗效果比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论：健脾和胃煎剂配合西医治疗烧伤患者胃肠道功能障碍疗效显著,提示中西医结合治疗明显优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床推广.

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effect of Jianpihewei apozem with western medicine treated the severe Burns complicated with abdominal distension.Methods：48 cases patients of severe burn complicated with abdominal distension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with each group designated 24 cases. All thepatients were treated by the parenteral nutrition support,anti-infection and correct electrolyte and acid-base balance while in the actively treating the wound.The treatment group wasgiven Jianpihewei apozem（Oral or nasal feeding,a dose of every day, bid, 150 ml/d）. The control group was given Juyuɑnsuɑn Moshɑbili Piɑn（Mosapride Citrate Tablets,oral,every5mg, tid）. A course of 5 days.Results：In 3d and 7d after treatment, abdominal distension disappears of the treatment group was significantly superior to the contral group（P〈0.05）.In 5d and 7d after treatment, appetite, stool and refreshment of the treatment group were superior to the contral group（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was excellent 8 cases, valid 14cases, void 1 case.The total effective rate was 95.83%. The control group was respectively 3 cases,15 cases and 6cases. The total effective rate was 75.00%.The two groups werestatistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of the Jianpihewei apozem with western medicine treated the severe burns complicated with abdominal distension wassignificant. The results suggest that the treatment of the combination of TCM with western medicine was significantly superior to the treatment of the pure western medicine.Itis worth clinical popularizing.
