女性乳腺癌疾病状况及乳腺癌发生危险因素分析

目的对女性乳腺癌疾病状况及乳腺癌发生危险因素进行分析和探讨.方法：针对300 例女性乳腺病患者的年龄和确诊数量进行分析和统计,对其中已经证实非乳腺癌患者以及乳腺癌患者实施对照性研究.结果：经过调查显示,38-58 岁为该地区乳腺癌的多发年龄,同时在20-29 岁的妇女当中也有乳腺癌患者,呈年轻化发展趋势.降低乳腺癌患病几率的保护因素为哺乳;导致乳腺癌的危险因素主要是流产次数多、肿瘤家族史以及乳腺疾病史.结论：乳腺癌发病呈年轻化发展趋势,流产次数多、肿瘤家族史以及乳腺疾病史为最重要的致病因素.

Objectiveto analyze and explore the risk factors of female breast cancer incidence of disease status and breast cancer. Methods：according to the age and the numberof confirmed cases in 300 cases of breast disease patients for analysis and statistics, which has been confirmed in a controlled study to implement the non breast cancer patients andbreast cancer patients. Results：after a survey showed that 38 - 58 years for breast cancer in the area of multiple age, at the same time in the 20 to 29 year old women have breast cancerpatients was younger trend. Reduce the protective factors of breast cancer risk for lactation; lead to breast cancer risk factors are mainly the number of abortion and family history ofcancer, history of breast disease. Conclusion：the incidence of breast cancer in younger trend, the number of abortion and family history of cancer, history of breast disease is the mostimportant risk factor.
