18F-FDGPETCT在诊断浸润性乳腺癌和淋巴结转移的临床意义

摘要 目的总结18F-FDG PET CT 在诊断浸润性乳腺癌和淋巴结转移的临床意义.方法:资料选自2012 年1 月-2014 年6 月在我院接受检查的66 例浸润性乳腺癌病人,将其随机划分成两个组,即实验组与对照组.对照组33 例接受核磁共振检查,实验组33 例接受18F-FDG PET CT 诊断,同时对比及分析两组研究对象的检查结果.结果:经病理学诊断后发现,66 例病人中,18F-FDG PET CT 诊断出阳性病例56 例, 18F-FDG PET CT 敏感度为84.85%,而对照组研究对象的敏感度为87.88%.18F-FDG PET CT 在诊断浸润性乳腺癌和淋巴结转移时,其敏感度和肿瘤大小、肿瘤分期等具有直接关系(P〈0.05).结论:18F-FDG PET CT 在诊断浸润性乳腺癌和淋巴结转移的临床意义十分显著,具有较高准确性与特异性,但较之核磁共振检查,18F-FDG PET CT 在敏感度方面并不具备优势. objective: to summarize 18 f - FDG PET and CT in the diagnosis of invasive breast cancer lymph node metastasis of clinical significance. Methods: data fromJanuary 2012 - June 2014 in our hospital for inspection of 66 cases of invasive breast cancer patients, randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group.Control group 33 cases after an mri scan, the experimental group of 33 patients who underwent 18 f - FDG PET CT diagnosis, at the same time, contrast and analysis of two groups ofthe findings of the research object. Results: after pathology diagnosis found that in 66 patients, 18 f - FDG PET CT diagnosis of positive cases 56 cases, 18 f - FDG PET CT sensitivitywas 84.85%, the sensitivity of the research object and the control group was 87.88%. 18 f - FDG PET and CT in the diagnosis of invasive breast cancer lymph node metastasis, itssensitivity and the tumor size, tumor staging, etc has a direct relationship (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: 18 f - FDG PET and CT in the diagnosis of invasive breast cancer lymph nodemetastasis of clinical significance is very significant, has high accuracy and specificity, but compared with the nuclear magnetic resonance examination, 18 f - FDG PET CT doesn'thave the advantage in terms of sensitivity.
