护士长任期考核管理的实践与体会

摘要 目的探讨考核管理对提高护士长综合能力的作用与效果.方法:以考核管理为指导,对护士长任职期间的护理质量进行目标考核.确保新竞聘上岗的护士长在短期内综合能力、综合素质迅速提高.结论:实施任期考核管理,对新护士长们知识的更新、综合能力的提高、护理质量的提升,起到了牵拉向上的积极作用.尤其在临床护理中得到了充分体现.提高了病人满意度,大大减少了护理缺陷.结果:任期考核有利于新任职的护士长在短时间内转换了角色,更好的行使管理职责,提高了护理质量. ObjectiveTo explore the management to improve the comprehensive ability of nurse role and effect. Method:to check management as a guide, the nurse during thetenure of nursing quality evaluation. To ensure that the new posts of the head nurse in the short term comprehensive ability, comprehensive quality rises quickly. Conclusion theimplementation of term examination management, for new head nurse 's knowledge, comprehensive ability, and enhance the quality of nursing care, to pull up the positive role.Especially in the course of clinical nursing care has been fully embodied. Improving patient satisfaction, greatly reduces nursing defects. The term examination in favor of the newrepresentation of the head nurse in a short period of time the role conversion, better to exercise management responsibility, improve the quality of nursing.
