探讨老年牙周炎患者系统护理干预的对策

目的探讨对老年牙周炎患者进行系统护理干预的对策.方法：选取2013 年1 月至2014 年1 月我院收治的40 例老年牙周炎患者（57 颗患牙）为研究对象,随机分成观察组20 例（30 颗患牙）与对照组20 例（27 颗患牙）.给予对照组患者常规护理,并同时给予观察组患者系统干预护理.结果：观察组患者的菌斑指数、牙周袋探诊深度、因沟出血指数以及附着丧失等指标均优于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组;两组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：老年牙周炎患者临床护理要从健康教育、心理指导、生活指导以及口腔护理等方面入手,从而改善患者相关症状,恢复患者咀嚼功能,提高患者生活质量.

objective： to study the nursing intervention on elderly patients with periodontitis system countermeasures. Selection methods： between January 2013 and January2014, our hospital of 40 cases of elderly patients with periodontitis （57 with tooth） as the research object, and 20 cases randomly divided into observation group （30 with teeth） andcontrol group 20 cases （27 with teeth）. Results：observation group of patients with plaque index, periodontal pocket probing depth, sulcus bleeding index and attachment loss and other indicators are superior to control group;Treatment group total effectiveness is significantly higher than control group; Comparing the two groups have statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： elderly patients withperiodontitis from clinical nursing to health education, psychological guidance, life guidance, and oral care and other aspects, so as to improve patients＇ symptoms, restore patients＇masticatory function, improve the patients quality of life.
