对中风病人辨证施护护理体会

目的探讨中风病人中医辨证施护和特色疗法的效果.方法：对我院中医内科和康复科56 例中风病人,按不同证型进行辨证施护、护理目标、专科护理、情志护理、饮食护理和健康指导.结果：56 例患者通过精心护理,缩短了病人康复时间,提高了治疗效果.结论：对中风患者来说,辨证施护、专科护理、以及特色中医疗法对其机体功能康复、生活自理能力和生存质量的提高具有显著效果.

objective：to investigate the effect of stroke patients in TCM syndrome dialectical nursing and characteristic therapy . Methods： according to the differentsyndromes,56 patientsl of TCM Internal Medicine and rehabilitation in our hospital were treated with dialectical nursing, nursing goals,specialist care, diet nursing and health guidance.Results： through careful nursing of 56 patients, their recovery time was shortenand the effect of the treatment was improved . Conclusion： For stroke patients,the syndrome nursing,specialist nursing, as well as the Characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy is of great significance to their body body functional rehabilitation ,self-care capacity andimprovement of the quality of life
