16排螺旋CT三维重建对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨16 排螺旋CT 扫描及三维重建对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值.方法:选择被确诊的周围型小肺癌患者58 例,患者均行16 排螺旋CT 扫描并进行多种三维重建,分析横断面扫描及各种三维重建对周围型小肺癌的影像学特点的显示效果及诊断效果.结果:16 排螺旋CT 扫描可以较好地显示肿瘤典型征象,但MPR能显示更多的肿瘤征象,VR 对周围型小肺癌诊断准确性更高.结论:多排螺旋轴位像及MPR 可很好地显示周围型肺癌的征象.为提高对周围型小肺癌的诊断准确性应行VR 重建. ObjectiveTo investigate the value of 16-detector SCT and 3D reconstruction in displaying the characteristitics of SPLC.and different fronm benign tumors. Method:58 cases of SPLC were examined by 16-slice CT scanning and enhanced scanning. The imaging findings were subjected to 3D reconstruction by VR,MPR and MIP. Resualt:MPRshow some higher diagnostic value than axial imagining (P〈0.05);VR showed superiority to axial imagine in display marginal forms and pleural indentation (P〈0.05 );MIP showedsuperiority to axial imagine in display marginal forms (P〈0. OS) . Conclusion:3D reconstruction can significantly increase the aoccuracy of imagining diagnosis.
