硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛260例的护理体会

Nursing experience of 260 cases of epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia.

目的探讨硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛有效的责任制整体护理措施.方法：将260 例采取硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛分娩的孕妇随机分为对照组与观察组各130 例.观组采取相应硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛的责任制整体护理措施,对照组采取一般护理措施.将两组镇痛效果、分娩方式、新生儿5 分钟Apgar 评分结果进行临床比较.结果：察组在镇痛效果、顺产率、新生儿5 分钟Apgar 评分等明显优于对照组.结论：有效的责任制整体护理措施加强了硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛的管理,保障了安全性,对硬膜麻醉分娩镇痛起到促进作用,且提高了顺产率.

ObjectiveLabor analgesia effective responsibility system as a whole to explore nursing measures of epidural anesthesia..Methods：260 pregnant women wererandomly divided into epidural anesthesia analgesia delivery take into control group and observation group with 130 cases in each group. Holistic nursing responsibilitysystem observation group adopt correspondingepidural anesthesia for labor analgesia, The control group took the general nursing care, The analgesic effect, two groups of mode ofdelivery, neonatal Apgar score 5minutes results of clinical study. Results：In the observation group, the analgesic effect, the rate of vaginal delivery,neonatal Apgar score of 5 minutes isbetter than that of control group.Conclusion：Holistic nursing responsibility system to strengthen effective epiduralanesthesia analgesia management, guarantee the safety of epiduralanesthesia for labor analgesia, play a role in promoting, and increase the rate of vaginal delivery.
