探讨FeNO、肺功能和ACQ7评分在支气管哮喘中的相关性

摘要 目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮(Fraction of exhaled nitric oxide, FeNO)、肺通气功能和哮喘控制问卷(Asthma control questionnaire ,ACQ7)评分在支气管哮喘中的相关性.方法:选取2012年1月至2014年1月在我院呼吸科就诊并确诊为哮喘的患者60例,采用FeNO分析仪和肺功能仪进行测定,同时记录FEV1等指标,进行ACQ7、ACT调查表填写,对所得数据采用SPSS19.0数据分析软件进行整理.结果:ACQ7、ACT评分与肺功能指标之间存在显著相关性,FeNO的值主要受到年龄、日间症状、FEF25/75、FEF25/75%、哮喘严重程度、过敏性体质六个因素影响.根据回归方程,FeNO浓度与白天症状、FEF25/75%、过敏性体质呈正相关,与年龄、FEF25/75、哮喘严重程度呈负相关.结论:综合肺功能指标以及FeNO能更全面的描述哮喘疾病现况和表达哮喘疾病控制水平. ObjectiveTo explore fraction of exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO), lung function and asthma control questionnaire (ACQ7) score correlations in bronchialasthma.Methods:Choose 60 cases of patients diagnosed with asthma in our hospital respiratory clinic from Jan 2012 to Jan 2012 ,using FeNO analyzer and lung function instrument tomeasure, at the same time recorded the numerical, such as FEV1,ACQ7, ACT in the questionnaire. Finally using SPSS19.0 data analysis software process the data.Results:There weresignificant correlation between ACQ7, ACT score and pulmonary function index, and FeNO values were affected mainly by age, daytime symptoms, FEF25/75, FEF25/75%, theseverity of asthma,and allergic constitution. According to the regression equation, FeNO concentration and daytime symptom, FEF25/75%, allergic constitution were positivelycorrelated, and age, FEF25/75, negatively correlated to the severity of asthma.Conclusions:Lung function combining with FeNO may fully reflect the disease status and the level ofasthma control.
