摘要
目的了解护士护理人员组织公平相关影响因素.方法:方便整群抽取928 名护士应用组织公平感量表进行横断面问卷调查,应用描述性统计,t 检验,方差分析,多元回归进行数据分析.结果:护士的分配公平感较差,三甲医院以下护士,年龄在50 岁以下,内科、外科的护士分配公平感更差.结论:整体提高非三甲医院,非在编护士待遇有利于提高整体护理人员组织公平感.
ObjectiveTo study the factors of organizational justice among nurses.Methods:Convenient cluster sampling, 928 nurses application scale of organizational justicecross-sectional questionnaire survey, using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis of data.Results:nurses had bad perceived distributive justice,those who not worked in tertiary 1st class hospitals,age under 50,worked in Surgical 0r medicine department had even worse Conclusion:The overall improvement of 3 armourhospital, the enrolled nurse treatment of organizational justice to improve overall nursing staff
