健康教育在角膜炎患者中的应用及效果观察

The application of health education in patients with keratitis and effect observation

目的探讨在角膜炎患者中,应用健康教育的临床疗效.方法：选取我院于2013 年7 月至2014 年6 月收治的角膜炎患者50 例进行分析,将其随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组采用常规治疗护理方案,观察组在此基础上开展健康教育,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：观察组患者的治愈率（84.0%）明显高于对照组（60.0%）,观察组患者在知识掌握、遵医行为、用药管理等指标评分上明显优于对照组,p〈0.05,具有统计学意义.结论：对角膜炎患者进行健康教育,能够提高临床治愈率,改善患者的知识掌握、遵医行为、用药管理等自我管理情况,是一种有效的方法.

objective： to study the keratitis patients, the clinical curative effect of applying health education. Methods： to select our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were 50cases of keratitis patients were analyzed, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group using conventional care, observation group on the basis ofcarrying out health education, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results： the cure rate （84.0%） of patients with observation group was obviously higherthan that of control group （60.0%）, observation group of patients in knowledge, according to the medical behavior, medical management, and other indicators score was better thancontrol group, p 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： keratitis patients for health education, to improve clinical cure rate, improve the patient＇s knowledge, according to themedical behavior, medical management of self management, is a kind of effective method.
