人工关节置换在转子间骨折的应用

Hip replacement surgery in the application of intertrochanteric fractures

目的通过采用人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折,并观察其疗效,总结经验.方法：对2009 年11 月至2014 年4 月采用人工关节置换方法治疗76 岁以上股骨转子间骨折15 例,进行随防,对其疗效进行评估.结果：15 例患者均能在两周内起床行走,Harris 评分在90 分以上,效果良好.结论：人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,具有康复快、疗效高等优点,值得推广使用.

sObectiveBy using hemiarthroplasty surgical treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures , and observe the therapeutic effect, summed up itsexperience. Methods：For November 2009 to April 2014 using hemiarthroplasty surgical treatment of 15 cases of 76 patients over the age of femoral intertrochanteric fracture , thepatient with the defense, to evaluate its efficacy. Results：15 patients are able to walk within two weeks to get up , Harris score 90 points or more , the treatment effect is good.Conclusion：Hemiarthroplasty surgical treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients , with a quick recovery , efficacy advantages and should be introduced in clinicalpractice.
