单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合前列地尔在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with prostaglandin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的研究探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合前列地尔在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用价值.方法：选取2012 年6 月-2014 年5 月于本院进行诊治的50 例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（前列地尔组）25 例和观察组（单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合前列地尔组）25 例,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后3d、7d 及14d 的神经传导速度及神经功能血清指标进行比较.结果：两组患者治疗前及治疗后3d 的神经传导速度及神经功能血清指标无显著性差异,P均〉0.05,而治疗后7d 及14d 观察组的评估结果均好于对照组,P 均〈0.05,均有显著性差异.结论：单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合前列地尔在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用价值较高,可有效改善患者的神经功能异常的状态.

ObjectiveTo study and investigate the application value of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with prostaglandin in patients with diabetic peripheralneuropathy.Methods：50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2014 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided intocontrol group（prostaglandin group）25 cases and observation group（monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with prostaglandin group）25 cases,then the nerve conduction velocityand nerve function serum indexes of two groups before the treatment and at third,seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were compared.Results：The nerve conduction velocityand nerve function serum indexes of two groups before the treatment and at third day after the treatment had no significant differences,all P〉0.05,while the evaluation results ofobservation group at seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment all better than those of control group,all P〈0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion：The applicationvalue of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with prostaglandin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy is higher,and it can effectively improve the state of abnormalnerve function.
