无偿献血长效机制的研究与探讨

在当前临床用血不断增长的趋势下,临床血液供需矛盾也不断显现,特别是献血淡季的血液供应保障,已成为临床供血服务的瓶颈,如何保障好临床用血的需求,已是血站当前的重要工作.实际上,自无偿献血制度实施以后,献血者什么时候献血具有随机性,有时会与临床用血的需求量不相平衡[1] . 因此,加强无偿献血长效机制的建设,是确保无偿献血持续发展的重要保证,通过对现有采供血机制的完善,进一步强化各级政府部门的职能,促进无偿献血的可持续发展.

In the current clinical blood use growing trend, the contradiction between supply and demand of clinical blood also unceasingly appears, especially the safeguard theblood supply and blood donation off-season, has become the bottleneck of clinical blood service, how to ensure the clinical blood demand, is the current work station. In fact, since thesystem of blood donation without compensation after the implementation of donor blood, what time is stochastic demand, sometimes with blood for clinical use is not balanced.Therefore, strengthening the construction of voluntary blood donation of long-term mechanism, is the important factor to ensure the sustainable development of voluntary blooddonation, by improving the existing blood collection and supply mechanism, to further strengthen the functions of government departments at all levels, and promote the sustainabledevelopment of unpaid blood donors.
